Position Overview:

We are hiring a Supply Chain Management Engineer with 2-3 years of experience for our Bangalore & Krishnagari locations. The role focuses on optimizing supply chain processes, enhancing efficiency, and reducing costs. Candidates should have a strong grasp of SCM principles, hands-on experience with SCM systems, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure smooth transition of new products from design to full-scale production.
• Manage Manufacturing Engineering in PLM.
• Carry out DFM, DFA.
• Plan, budget, and organize industrialization activities.
• Monitor proto, pilot, and early production builds. Record bugs and deviations and implement appropriate containment, corrective and preventive actions to assure the targeted quality & yields.
• Drive build documentation reviews internally and with external stakeholders - BOM Analysis, Assembly CTQs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams early on to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturability, lowest cost and best in class quality.
• Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers for components and sub-assemblies!
• Design and qualify our industrial process and flow.
• Process expert responsible for facilitating the continuous improvement of functional and cross-functional business processes, leading the evaluation of activities in terms of value to the customer and the company. Assumes ownership of the design-development implementation, change management, compliance, and success measure.
• Manage the project schedule periodically with the core project team to address the actual situation compared to the baseline. Alert in case of schedule drift, identify, and put in place with the project team any necessary corrective actions to maintain alignment with the baseline.
• Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, drive actions to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
• Communicate proactively providing the dashboard to the management team and to the project team, to have the team aware about what is at stake, and what are the deadlines and milestones.
• Lead activities with in-house and third-party factories.
• Participates in various technical reviews throughout the product development cycle, preparing technical presentations to various collaborators.
• Develops Should Costing of New/existing products. Support achieves product realization within acceptable limit of the should cost.
• Manufacturing feasibility study of the new product with the detailed analysis of DFA (Design for assembly) methodology collaborating with product design team.

Electronics - Hardware Design & Development

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electronics Hardware Engineer with 4-5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic engineering team based in Bangalore & Krishnagari. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic hardware components and systems, with a strong focus on IoT technologies, including BLE, Wi-Fi, and other wireless communication protocols. This role requires a solid foundation in electronic engineering principles, hands-on experience with hardware design and testing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Develop detailed design specifications and schematics for electronic circuits and IoT systems.
• Design and implement IoT solutions using BLE, Wi-Fi, and other wireless communication technologies.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, and other peripherals with microcontrollers and embedded systems.
• Perform simulations and analyses to validate design concepts and ensure reliability.
• Work closely with firmware/software engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
• Interface with manufacturing teams to support the transition from prototype to production.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Testing and Validation:

• Create and execute test plans to evaluate hardware performance and functionality.
• Conduct debugging and troubleshooting of hardware and communication issues.
• Utilize laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, VNA, Spectrum analysers, signal generators, etc.) to perform testing and measurements.
• Document test results and prepare technical reports.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of microcontrollers, analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience with IoT technologies, including BLE, Wi-Fi,FPGAs, embedded systems. and other wireless communication protocols.
• Handson Experience on the Altium latest tools.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, CAN).
• Hands-on experience with hardware testing and debugging tools.
